What we collect and why
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, business name, optional phone number, marketplaces, and message. We use it to answer your enquiry, discuss a proposal, provide agreed services, and maintain relevant business correspondence.
The enquiry form prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not submit the form to a website database. We receive the enquiry only when you send the email. Please do not send customer order details, passwords, API credentials, payment card information, or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
Website and technical information
Our website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical information, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the website. Website assets and fonts do not require Google Fonts. Our website code does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts.
Google Maps loads automatically on pages containing our location map. When those pages load, Google receives connection and device information, including your IP address, and may use cookies under its own policies. You can manage or block third-party cookies and content through your browser settings. External links also take you to services with their own privacy practices. Read our Cookie Policy.
How information is used and shared
We use enquiry and business contact information to respond to your request, take steps toward an agreement, deliver contracted services, protect our business, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, these purposes may involve steps at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, or legal obligations. The automatically loaded Google Maps embed is a third-party service; please review the cookie information and your browser controls.
Information may be processed by our website infrastructure provider, email provider, personnel who need it for the enquiry or agreed service, and advisers or authorities where required by law. We do not sell enquiry information or use Amazon customer information for our own advertising. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through the enquiry form.
Where data is processed
MZ IT Solution is based in Pakistan. Communication and website infrastructure may involve processing in other countries. Where a particular client service requires international transfer safeguards, the locations, providers, and applicable safeguards must be addressed in that service’s agreement before processing begins.
Amazon seller and customer information
This website provides information about our services and handles business enquiries. Please keep Amazon customer information out of enquiry messages. Any separately agreed service involving seller or customer data must define the authorised purpose, data fields, responsibilities, access, retention, deletion, and security requirements in writing before access is granted.
Where we process customer information for a client, the client determines the purpose and instructions, subject to applicable law and marketplace rules. The client’s privacy notice applies to its buyers. Service-specific data processing arrangements are covered in the client agreement.
Storage and protection
The website uses HTTPS. Enquiries remain in your own email app until sent, and received correspondence is handled through our email systems. Please send only the information needed for your enquiry. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Security requirements for client projects are defined in the relevant service agreement.
Retention and deletion
We keep enquiries and client correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request, provide agreed services, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the purpose, the relationship, and any applicable legal obligation. Contact us to request deletion or to ask about a particular record.
Any future handling of Amazon information must follow the applicable Amazon Data Protection Policy, including data minimisation and deletion requirements. The website does not currently store Amazon order data. A separate retention schedule and deletion process will be needed for any application that does.
Your requests and choices
You can ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, and, where applicable law provides them, request restriction, object to processing, or request portability. Send requests to info@mzitsolution.com. We may need to verify your identity and will handle requests within applicable legal deadlines. You may contact the relevant data protection regulator where a complaint right applies.
If you are a buyer asking about an order from one of our clients, contact the seller directly. If you contact us, we will help identify the appropriate client rather than disclose another person’s order data.
