The public website
mzitsolution.com is served over HTTPS using Cloudflare Pages. It is a public information website with no customer login, seller account authorisation, SP-API connection, or customer-order database. The enquiry form opens a draft in your email application; it does not upload the form to a website database.
Protect your marketplace credentials
Do not send Seller Central passwords, API secrets, access tokens, or customer order details through this website or an initial email enquiry. Marketplace permissions should be granted through the marketplace’s supported authorisation and access mechanisms, with only the access needed for an agreed service.
Client data and service scope
Before a service involving personal or marketplace information starts, its agreement should establish the permitted use, who may access the information, data protection responsibilities, suppliers, processing locations, retention, incident handling, and deletion. Any processing for a client must stay within the agreed instructions and applicable marketplace rules.
For custom development projects, security requirements are agreed as part of the project scope, covering access, data protection, retention, and testing as appropriate.
Report a security issue
Email info@mzitsolution.com with the subject “Security report — MZ IT Solution”. Include the affected page, a clear description, and safe steps to reproduce the issue. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or other people’s personal information.
Please do not access or modify information that is not yours, disrupt the service, or continue testing after discovering personal information. We will review reports and use the contact details provided to discuss the issue.
